Petersfield Bicycle Buddies

A NEW scheme which aims to attract new or rusty riders who live in and around the Petersfield area back onto their bikes.

Taken under the wings of more experienced cyclists - buddies - and given support and encouragement to go out and ride for pleasure and to use bikes as a means of everyday transport.

Lockdown Rides with Coffee

National Cycle Route NCN 22 / 222 Pass through the Town (Road)

We are are in the path of 2 long distance routes for Walking or Cycling

The South Downs way passing East / West (Off Road)

The Shipwrights way North / South (Mixed surfaces)

If you are retired or semi-retired you are welcome to join the U3A Petersfield Cycling For Fun group. For 20+ years we have been exploring our local countryside with a sociable group of people at a steady pace, over half now have electric assistance.

Note the U3A has many other less energetic but equally sociable pursuits too !
