Citizens Advice East Hampshire have an energy team, with advisors that specialise in helping clients access grants to help with their energy bills and improve their home insulation etc. We can offer help by telephone, in the offices or at outreach locations.
Contact the energy team on phone 0800 278 7901 and ask to be added to the Energy tasklist for a call back.
Citizens Advice - Get help if you’re behind with your energy bills
Home-Start who support families with young children, is partnering with SGN to help families with young children stay safe and warm by providing energy advice workshops in their family play groups. These cover energy efficiency, energy debt, the Priority Services Register and carbon monoxide safety. Home-Start Butser can provide free carbon monoxide alarms to families and refer them to other energy support services where needed. Contact us at office@homestart-butser.org.uk to find out more.
